Ampath does not care

Where to begin. I changed laboratories because I thought I would get better service. To my disappointment Ampath is even worse. I have a medical condition that I had to get tested for. Which may I add has escalated and I'm more ill now. To my disbelief I find out I am not allowed to get my results to go to a doctor. The doctor needs to request them. So I phone my doctor finds out she does not work with ampath nor did ampath contact her or deliver my results to her. I was informed that ampath will deliver the results to her. I got tested on the 18th today is the 23rd. Getting sicker by the day. So I phoned ampath on Monday asking if I can collect my results and go to a different doctor or if they can upload it on the app. To no avail I can not get my results only after 9 days. They confirmed my results are in but I can not get them. I wrote a complaint on there page get a email back that only after 9 days I'm allowed to get my results. And the next email was that my complaint ticket has been closed. So now I'm asking the question don't I have human rights? Don't I have the right to medical care? By refusing to give me my results ampath is putting my health at risk now. My husband even phoned and asked and all he got is he is not the account holder. So I would like to know why should I get sicker because of a lab that's supposed to help people get better. I see on all the reviews a comment from ampath we will escalate the case. But I'm not willing to wait any longer. I have received the worse service ever and I no longer will tolerate that I am not being helped
