AMPATH DISGUSTING ATTITUDE TO PATIENTS

In this modern age of time we live, AMPATH only download your blood results in 9 D A Y S. Goodness me. LANCET in my opinion the most dedicated Lab!! collect a sample and in an hour !!!you have your results on the APP. AMPATH policy ,they only load your result on your app AFTER 9 DAYS!! in 9 days a patient(who pay the collection in cash -the patient who put's their bread on the table) could be already dead. I told my Dr yesterday I don't want to deal with Ampath. Because, the patient is NOT their priority or 1st main concern. I don't suffer from a light flue. I was diagnosed with PMR and already 1 year on cortisone. IT is critical that I have...as on Lancet App....my results in an hour to adjust the CORTISONE dosage. Dr work only 3 days a week. You are lucky if you receive a call from the practise in a week. Cortisone is not a disprin!!! IT IS A MEDICATION WITH HORRIFIC SIDE EFFECT and as in my case a year on cortizone need URGENT DECREASE in the dosage when the CRP count is down. I'm done with AMPATH. Giving me this NONSENSE dr ordered no result to a patient. BS. He took the sample.!!! HE NEVER MAKE A NOTE FOR MY EYES ONLY. Disgusting service. I will in future ONLY DEAL WITH LANCET. A PATIENT'S HEALTH IS THEIR ONLY PRIORITY. For 12 months I got my results from Lancet in an hour. YOU CNAT BU THIS CORTOSONE WITHOUT A SCRIPT, and abuse or addicted become a druggy on it. So what is their issue. Did they read the T&C's you must accept!!! before they do you a hell of a favour for what you pay for!!! and is entitled with???
