Ampath Billing Nightmare

I will never use Ampath again. I got handed over for an unpaid bill, and as much as I tried to explain to them that I never received a bill, not interested to listen. I eventually (after multiple interactions) figured out they had the wrong e-mail details for me. What angers me is that no-one bothered to pick up a phone and call me before handing over my accounts. And then when I paid the bill, I still got hounded by the extremely *********** and unhelpful Vericredit whom I was handed over to. The amount of hours spent on the phone with these two companies to sort out a simple billing issue, and the indifference was treated with, is an indictment on both of these companies' customer service. Seems for them, basic human decency has left the building. Lucky there are other service providers in this country offering these services which I will rather use in future, and I will tell everyone I know and come ion contact with to stay as far away from these companies as possible.
