Ampath - athetic customer service! Still waiting for a refund!

I have never ever came across most useless and *********** company than Ampath! Their staff entered wrong amount that they were not able to reverse and now, 2 months later we are still waiting to be refunded.

When called their credit center we got very unpleasant agent who was stroppy and unhelpful. We filled in their forms about 3 times already and that is about the end of that. I sent a complaint to their website - got reply about representative going to call me. NOTHING.

Ampath - if I ever need any tests done, I refuse to go to your labs and I will request going elsewhere. I will not say ONE good word about your services.

Your customer service is appalling!!!!
