Ampath are *********** ********s!
I had an amount outstanding at Ampath. Each time they would send me different amount which made it difficult to understand what is going on. I asked numerous times for the total amount to be emailed to me because I can not trust a sms since we live in South Africa. The first couple of times they would only send an sms after I asked for a statement to be emailed to me. Then I got an email from Vericredit. They are either *********** or ********s and now they want me to pay for their incompetence. It is one of the most useless companies in South Africa. I said this to them and they said it is fine, but then change what they said on email. I can send the email if they would like where they said this? They are useless.

22 Feb 2024, 08:14Just for the public sake, they made contact with me after this review. As you can see they give you a bull **** response so their public image look ok. But the truth is they continue with the nonsense and keep saying they have made contact. But that was never my issue. They send different amounts each time and could not provide me with the total amount. They are uncapable to do or understand what you are asking, and this just proved my point. It is a *********** company and they think they can take advantage of people. Well, I have had enough now. It is time too show the world who they are and take action on how they lie. If I can give anyone a tip, is go to Lancet if you have to do a blood test. This company will fall over their own feet trying to figure out what you actually have to pay. I am wonder if its intentional or just ***********. But I will find out and I will show everybody.

The team indicate that the varying amount probably related to a service cost increase on the part of the external collections agency. We understand that your account has now, following direct settlement to Ampath, been withdrawn from the collections agency so that no further costs, beyond the initial handover, will be incurred.
