Ampath are barbaric

Absolutely barbaric communication of invoices by WhatsApp on old contact numbers despite repeatedly updating with them. No response to their custcare email. Then YOU have to call them to verify your email (even though they have it!) so you can get a statement. All this effort to pay them when they refuse to use proper channels to send statement but see how quickly they list you. Absolute insult to humanity!
