Ampath applies payments to Prescribed Debt, not aware of interested in the legal aspects

This Company does not send you any correspondence of accounts & then when you finally pay for another account that you DID receive notice of (BY way of their debt collectors), then they take your credit and apply it to PRESCRIBED DEBT! Bad way of doing business Ampath. Now an amount of R198 that was an uncommunicated debt, takes up an entire R1000 due to "Costs" they incurred trying to contact you, but no one contacted you!
