Ampath and Vericred

I am a little confused as to why i even have to do this. Seems in 2020, and i cant get any clearer indication than this and the amount outstanding, emailing them or vericred yields no return. Yet they happily send me these sms messages saying that no payment has been made. Yet since i once had a telephonic interaction with someone at vericred, im still waiting till this day for a statement or an invoice. Personally i have always used Lancet laboratories as my first choice.

Is there someone of seniority that would reply to this and give me their contact email address so we can have a little chat.
