AMPATH ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT UP TO S#*T!!!

17/01/2015 i was admitted to N17 hospital after i collapsed, one thing led to the next, blood was drawn etc...<br> I was not billed for the blood until i received a statement dated: 26/05/2015<br> Before that, i was called, harassed and put up at the credit bureau for not paying my bill of R612.20.<br> I refused to pay my bill without a statement and asked for it to be emailed to me..... I am still waiting for that email....<br> I then as mentioned above, received the statement 4 months after i was at the N17 hospital for the R612.20.<br> I went into Ampath in Springs and paid my bill personally, as a very unhappy client and insisted they check for any other outstanding amounts...<br> I was ensured by Retha @ Ampath in Springs that this is the only amount outstanding.<br> Today 24/06/2015<br> I received the same statement dated 12/06/2015 with the same R612.20, the same Invoice number and the same Description which i PAID on the 12/06/2015. Now tell me, how can i be billed on the same day as i made payment for that exact amount???<br> I AM ABSOLUTELY FED UP WITH THE **** SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED FROM AMPATH!!!
