Ampath Accounts Department is Slow and Inefficient

Ampath is a trusted medical provider. I have always received world class care. The exception is their accounts department - if you need a copy of the invoice for services you wait 5 business days. One pays them before the service is provided but they will not give you a copy of the account until they have reconciled their accounts! Even a grocery store will give you an invoice immediately on payment but not Ampath. It’s a disgrace. I have used their services for years but I should, perhaps, ask my doctors to send me to Pathcare or Lancet for better accounts care?
