Ampath accounts department gives ampath a bad name

Ampath sent me a account for outstanding amount. Months ago already. I paid and upon wanting to claim this from our gapcover it was pointed out that medical aid paid in full.

The correspondence is poor, the feedback is poor the accounts department lacks in sorting out the errors they made and I am being told outstanding accounts so cant refund even though our medical aid statements clearly shows paid in full.
