Ampath accounts are incorrect

If you want to have your patience tried to the limit then do attempt to have a refund that Ampath owes you paid out...It involves countless statements they send, each one different, with differing amounts and no matter how you try to explain that you cannot see the sum you paid, they insist on sending more versions of statements - even those that belong to other people! What a shambles - the accounts dept is a mess. But I am out of pocket because they were quick off the mark with threatening calls to get me to pay. However, realising I overpaid is of no concern to them at all. And good luck trying to get a manager to respond - there are endless debtors clerks to test your will...
