Ampath Accounts

Both my husband and I have been with ampath for years. We received a email that we will be handed over for not making any payment arrangements on the account. After sending proof of that payment arrangements was made they rep**** that they will grant us 6month to repay the account . We are not in a financial position to repay this huge amount in this time period but more then willing to pay over 12 months even though the amount is still thight but willing to pay for we do not want to fail on services render and always pay our debt. But they will not accept our arrangement . This is very bad to see for we have sped thousands on this company and always stick with our arrangement and now when we need help the turn the other way.
