Ampath accounts!

Received a call, to say I have been handed over by Ampath for an account for my daughter. The bloods were taken in July 2019. Never once have I received a call or an invoice from Ampath.

The company that I was handed over to advised me that calls are recorded and that I was handed over as my savings were depleted. These bloods were done in hospital upon admission and should not be taken from my savings!

Phoned Discovery and they advised I am not liable for this account as it was incorrectly processed by Ampath.

Went to Ampath offices to get a copy of the invoice, only to find a few "in's and out's" of payments made by Discovery.

I honestly feel before Ampath, hands a client over they should make an attempt to advise that the account was short paid and at least email a copy of the invoice.
