Ampath Account Payment Fiasco

Good day My wife went for blood tests for a medical condition and I have been paying off the amount due since the beginning of the year. Ampath sends me notification of payments received from one department and threatening emails requesting payments from another department. I have now been handed over to Vericred for non payment for which they have added their collection fees. I have never come across an organization with such atrocious payment collections as Ampath and I am being serious about this. The employee of Ampath who has threatened to hand me over to the debt collectors and I can only assume has now done so, a Tamara Karelse did not even have the decency to answer my last email in which I attached all of the monthly payments I have already made and asked for a reply from her. Ampath and Vericred do not even answer their customer call centre lines. Disgraceful!!
