Ampath Account errors
I paid an Ampath account on the same week i had tests done(8-11 November) ,now they are claiming they never received R5600.00. I made the damn payment on the 11th of November when their stupid employee by the name of Maria Nyathi at Life Carstenhof made a call to the wrong person demanding payment. I even went to the same ****en hospital on Monday the 14th of November and the same Maria Nyathi said everything is fine but now I must waste my time calling Ampath clarifying stuff because the payment cannot be located. Ampath should take notes from Lancet, very professional and the service is phenomenal.
