I am in need of your assistance, in the beginning of 2019 my son fell sick and consulted with his GP. There were test the GP needed done the tests were done through the Ampath lab and there was one test my medical did not pay for. I was informed that there is an outstanding amount of about R223 In September 2019 I paid an amount of R203.37 my reference was *** In October 2019 I was informed that I still owe money then I paid R207.94 on reference number *** In November 2019 I was again informed that I still owe them money I paid R223.90 on reference number GOT94557

On the 25 November 2019 I received correspondence from VERICRED confirming that my account has been paid in full, the e-mail came from Marcia Moumakwe contact number *** the letter is from VERICRED collections in Potchestroom and their e-mail is: ***

On the 21 January 2020 I received an outstanding account of R223.90 from AMPATH from Centurion, the contact number on the letterhead as it appears is: *** In February 2020 I started receiving SMS from VERICRED as my unpaid account was handed over to them which is the same account they confirmed it has been paid in full.

On 28 July 2020 I received a letter of demand from VERICRED to pay an amount of R368.10 there is no specific name of the person who sent the letter at the end it is signed VERICRED collections, the contact number that appeared on this letter is: *** from Ferndale branch in Randburg, the e-mail is: ***

On the 29 July 2020 I did the follow up with AMPATH and on the 12 August 2020 I received a reply from them apologizing for the inconvenience and the promise that instruction was given to the External Collector to withdraw this account from VERICRED, the e-mail was from Mickey Joubert contact number ***

On the 26 August 2020 I received an SMS stating that my account has been handed over to VERICRED for collection their contact is ***/***

On the 2 September 2020 I received an SMS from VERICRED stating an outstanding amount of R381.90 on this account.

I do not know how else to resolve this matter or who to talk to please assist me to resolve this matter. I just want this account to be closed as I have proof of payment, the confirmation letter from VERICRED confirming that I did pay and the e-mail from AMPATH confirming that this account will be closed.
