Ampath

Today I took my family to the Ampath drive through test centre at the Dome in Durban. On arrival we had to join the drive through from 500 meters down the road. Due to the slow moving drive through it took us 2 and half hours to get to the gate just to have the security tell us that testing is closed for the day and closed the gate rudely on us. This is very bad coordination from Ampath. Atleast have a system of letting the people in the drive through know in advance instead of us getting to the gate which is taking us hours before we find out that the test centre is closed. This is very frustating at mid day the sun is out in full swing. Not everything is about just making a sale.
