Ampath

I got a problem with my Ampath account. The first thing I got the Ampath app on my phone so when I visit the the Ampath lab for my three monthly samples with in 2 days I get the results on my phone but some how I got two accounts with no results. The one was a year ago know I got threads from vericredit that I was hand over a year ago but I forward the my proof of payment and contacted the lab as well, I paid the amount because it was small and I was just threaded to be blacklisted I asked Ampath for all the documentations and where blood test was done which I didn't receive. The second one is the same talking to my Doctor he mention that a lot of patients are complaining about the ****ky accounts, trying for days to speak to some body at Ampath is just a waste of time .Would appreciate if some body got the e-mail of one of the CEO's.
