AMAPTH : DRS DU BUISSON , KRAMEI need help because I can only pay the original capital amount and my account be removed from being handed over

I Had to take blood while I was in hospital and unfortunately my medical aid was exhorted . A lady so proudly by a name of Thobeka Xaba gave me a call to tell me that I owe R173.00 on my account which I paid and only to find out months that I had two accounts of the same amount I was owing and she never told me of such and rushing to do her work she wrote on the feedback for his supervisor that I was told of the two account. which shows her ***********.

I then later got a call from a lady from Cape Town that my account was handed over and I owe double the amount. I would have paid both if I was told so, now when I gave them a call they told that well they told me and I can go ahead and report the incident to customer care they don't care. A big company like that can hire such *********** employees that treat customers like ****
