All companies should make emails for branches available online
Unfortunately Ampath is first on my list.
All companies should make email addresses available on their website for branches. It is becoming more and more common that all customer engagement is forced through phone numbers.
This morning I sent a complaint to Ampath to please make an email available for their Mossel Bay branch. I have spent probably 30+ minutes trying to find an email address.
Your response was the following. This is not what I was asking for, it does not help me and just increase my agitation and stress dealing with admin.
