Administrative disasters

Ampath why do you make threatening calls and send threatening emails to your customers before even sending us an invoice or statement? It is always the same story. I even got a threatening call from Vinesha Smith, based at the Westridge medical centre, where I was threatened with action one day after my samples were submitted. I think the way you treat your customers (we can't choose you) is absolutely disgusting. I responded to Vinesha Smiths' email with my concerns and she calmly doesn't care and now one month later, with new lab tests she just continues with her threats. I know nothing will be done and you likely don't care but I feel it is my duty to to make you aware of the fact that your team's admin makes no sense and your agents, though they seem professional on email, don't care.
