Accounts / Invoicing via SMS will not illicit a payment from me EVER

Ampath should learn to email invoices to the main member of the medical aid / person responsible for account payment and NOT send an SMS to the patient with no details other than an amount and reference number. With all the ****s out there and they feel this is the correct way to collect outstanding accounts. Until such time as an actual emailed invoice is received from this company as per the documentation, they will not receive a single payment from me. Since when did sms become an acceptable method of invoicing patients?
