Accounts

I have never in my medical career have send something like this... the accounts department from the Ampath will be quick to hand over the account to a collection department Named National credit solution. after the account have been given to them NNCS contacts you via email and a phone call, only to find out that they send you daily threats after you have agreed to pay the account via debit order, in order for the debit order you have to complete a form that NNCS sends you that you need to complete, gust unfortunate from NNCS this process seems to take more than two months. I've have email the consultant (Tinashe Muzamhindo) I have spoke more than once to ask for the documents, then today 21/10/2021 I get a new threat saying "despite all the communication difficulties they will ITC me.." I think the only communication problems comes from NNCS.... This is the worst pathetic services that needs to be shamed.
