I received an account from Ampath, and i have been paying this account of monthly.

Suddenly i have been receiving phone calls from VERICRED, because my account has been handed over. When phoning Ampath accounts and asking them, why i have been handed over even after sending them proof of payments, their response is, that no arrangements have been made, although they are receiving the payments. How do you penalize people that actually pay accounts with handing them over. This is something you do, when you do not receive any payments at all. I have spoken and emailed Ampath numerous times about this issue, and up to date, i have not been removed from vericred, as they are still phoning me. Very poor business dealings and pathetic to say the least
