Accounting System and Annoying endless messages
Can't even rate them. Their Accounts department have no idea what they are doing. My medical aid provided them with an ICD code to claim with but every month I receive notifications that I must settle the account. It's been 5 months now and they send 2-3 sms's in one week that I need to settle outstanding amounts.

19 Sept 2022, 13:42Hi, thank you I know that is an empty promise which you might not keep but I will remind you should I go for blood tests and receive endless notifications a couple of weeks later. My medical aid consultants contacted your finance division in March to inform them but nothing changed since.
