Accounting NIGHTMARE

<p>I went for blood tests end of 2015 and in January 2016. In March 2016 I askrd for the outstanding amount on my account and was told in an e-mail that I still owed R6.60, All of a sudden in July 2016 I was handed over to their debt collectors for an amount og R62, even though I was not even aware of this as I was told I only owe R6.60. I settled this amount. NOW all of a sudden I receive two accounts that was invoiced in August when I did not even have blood test done!!! It seems that Amapth's account department have got no idea about what they are doing. I need these invoices cancelled as they were issued *******ly. I will not pay a cent to Ampath again.</p>
