Account issues

<p>My medical aid did not cover my whole account. So instead of contacting me and informing me that there is some money outstanding I get handed over to debt collectors. Who was able to phone me and tell me about this? They then said they will send me the banking details ASAP so that I can make payments. This did not happen until I received a letter of demand. Thank you for making me feel like a ********. Horrible way to treat a customer. Once I finally received the banking details I made a payment. Something that I could have done a year ago if this company only had the common decency to CONTACT me and inform me of the outstanding balance as well as details where to pay. Now there are additional charges and interest.</p>
