My daughter needed an operation in her hand. Went to the dr to get a quote, then to Ampath to get a quote. I did'nt had medical. So I needed the right amounts to budget. The lady at the counter gave me a price of R800.00 for the tests. When the first account came it was R2948.00 and not R800 as they told me. I told them I will only be able to pay it off. I did pay the full amount. Just before I paid my last 2 instalments they handed me over to Vericred. Now I am battling to get our name of Vericred. Ampath told me I must phone Vericred. Vericred told me they can not take it of because Ampath needs to send them details to take us of. This is frustrating. I am at a dead end. I spoke to several people at Ampath. I was even at their offices yesterday. Everybody just pull up their shoulders and tell me they don't know. I talked to Dineo, Dan who is a supervisor. He told me he will phone me back. Yesterday afternoon. He just want to check my stuff. Well Dan I am still waiting for your call. That was about 4h30 yesterday. Just before 5 I phone again to ask to speak to Dan then they told me Dan is already gone home. I told the lady could I speak to another supervisor. She said yes. So I spoke to Taniel. Taniel promised to mail me. She told me that she will phone me this morning to help sort out my problem. I am still waiting. Can anybody help me to sort out this problem. My account balance with Ampath is R0.00.
