Young solutions charcoal mask (burnt face)

I grew up using young solution products and thought, why not treat my face and apply the activated charcoal mask, I bought this product from dis chem and I woke up looking like a character from a horror movie. I've been in severe pain and my face is swollen and bought medication and my face is not getting better but only worse. The chemist informed me that the mask has burnt 2 to 3 layers of my skin. I have tried to search for a email address and website for young solutions and there's no one way to report this to them. I am a real estate agent and I have to work with clients daily, I had to take off work, just because 1 I look like a freak and 2 the pain is unreal.
