WHAT A WASTE!

I recently purchased a 125ml pump bottle of Celltone's Exfoliator. The pump on the bottle is defective. In fact it does not work at all. It is rather disappointing that such inferior packaging is used, especially considering the market value of the product range. It is difficult to use the exfoliating cream because of the defective pump and will be even worse as the contents near its end. I struggle just get a little bit onto my finger tips. I really feel as though I have wasted my money and will be reluctant to recommend this product.
