Service and Attitude of store assistants

I went into Davenport Centre branch of CELL C to upgrade my phone, after waiting and seeing one assistants bad attitude to a customer who eventually walked out of the store I then had to deal with the same assistant - could not see any name. The forms that she brought for completion were photocopied on previously printed bills from other companies and she proceeded to complete them and never asked or explained what she was doing. Eventually after three quarters of an hour brought the phone from the rear of the shop and only then informed me that I need to pay R100 admin fee, when I said I had never paid before she just laughed and informed me if I renewed via the call centre I did not pay anything but in store I had to pay. I walked out of the shop.<br> I had had problems with CELL C at Musgrave and Game City the previous Sunday as they wanted to give me only the expensive phones not the ones I requested. Regards S Booth
