Not meeting my expectations

Good Day<br> <br> I recently bought a celtone pamper pack worth R500. I have used the Celttone Gel before and I was very happy with the results.I sent an email to Celltone SA that the products are giving me rash and my face gets itchy. They then asked me which product does that and I honestly have no Idea as I have to apply the products on set. I have stopped using the products because I Cannot continue using a products which highly reacts on me. the lasy I was in contact with said the can not refund me or at least give me the gel since It had worked on me before. Farily advise what should be done. Im not talking about a R 40 facial cream here but my lost R500. I look forward to your assistance.<br> <br> Thanks<br> Palesa
