INEFFECTIVE PRODUCT / FALSE GUARANTEES
I purchased the attached celltone tissue oil on the 03/03/2023 after reading youlls statements regarding 100% efficacy & youlls clinically proven 14 day guarantee after continued use.
Iv been using it since the 04/03/2013 twice daily (morning & evening after a shower) on my face & neck.
Iv seen no improvement whatsoever, which makes youlls statements false & therefore iv been deceived after trusting & believing that the statements made by your company were true, which clearly is false.
Extremely disappointed in your product.
I would expect a brand such as CELLTONE would have some morals & values.
Iv seen amazing results using BIO OIL on previous occasions but thought id give CELLTONE a try since its " clinically proven" & guarantees were made.

Their response wasn't customer friendly, it was most of an insulting reply as if i cannot read & understand, then trying to justify themselves with a technicalit , even though the product is ineffective.
