I was assisted by agent Lebo regarding my query following a purchased Celltone product
I was assisted by agent Lebo regarding my query following a purchased Celltone product. Le I’d professionalism, demonstration of interest and a willingness to listen to my query as well as to help to resolve it was excellent. She was furthermore patient and friendly. The most standing out compliment is when she asked for my permission for her to give her manager my contact details. This is is line with the POPIA, and was quite impressed that her company has trained her so well for her to implement. Her manager equally also left a positive lasting impression on me as the customer. Thank you
