Expired products

<p>I have recently started using the celltone skincare range after seeing positive results in friends with acne and age spots. I made my first purchase in March 2017. In April 2017 Clicks stores had a 3 for 2 special with the celltone range. I purchased a value pack and an extra exfoliating gel and tissue oil. I recently opened the value pack only to find the snail gel as well as exfoliating gel are all expired already. What do I do now as this was R500. Who replaces this product as I have messaged Celltone directly but to no avail. Can I return this to Clicks even though it was opened? I am extremely disappointed as the product was quite effective. But what do I do now?</p>
