Do not buy shower to shower products
I have been a loyal customer, purchasing your products every month, including two bottles of Shower to Shower body wash. However, last month, I noticed that one of the bottles was a different color—yellow—and it irritated our skin while giving off an unusual smell.
When I reported this issue, I was told to provide a sample or wait for you to collect it. This seemed like an unnecessary hassle, so I mentioned taking my concerns to social media. That’s when you agreed to sample it yourselves.
A representative later sent me a report without any clear explanation. When I asked for clarification, I was told the product was “contaminated by use.” I questioned who could have possibly used and contaminated the product, but the conversation abruptly ended. The representative seemed unresponsive and unprepared to handle the situation.
Frustrated by the lack of resolution, I had the product independently tested, and the results were alarming. This incident has exposed serious issues that could lead to significant consequences for your brand.
What will your next step be? I strongly urge the public to reconsider buying your products due to the unacceptable way you handle complaints.
