Disappointing customer service
<p>I've emailed the company to complain of yet another bottle leaking of which the the****** acknowledged an update of packaging. However the last time I purchased the toner had a very strong unusual smell and I broke out into red spots on out chin and cheeks. I was promised 4 weeks ago a driver would come to fetch the bottle and leave me a new toner but nothing. I've just stopped using the toner and my skin has cleared out. What is the point of updating their instagram page and advertising free facials in certain malls when their customers are ignored?</p>

I would not be complaining for nothing. I refer to my SECOND encounter of which I had two problems - leakage and a skin break out for which you promised to send a driver to pick the toner up to check it but then was but was unresponsive thereafter. My skin thankfully cleared out after I stopped using it.
