Amerene Group - **** or Not?

I received a call from an agent from Amerene Group who offered me a month to month contract for a WiFi router. I have not received the router, yet a debit order has come off my account for R419. I have received no response to my numerous emails. The customer care phone number given to me is invalid and the landline number on the website ring for a short while then cuts off. Is this yet another ****.
