Amerene Beware: A ****?

I agreed to a month to month arrangement with Amerene at the beginning of November. I would receive a wi-fi device, a sim card and 20g of data for around R269 per month. My account was debited for an initial amount of over R300 on 17 December, and R269 at the beginning of December. I have not received the sim card or the device. During December and early January I managed to get through to the company and was promised either a refund or the device and sim. But neither happened and instead I was debited again in February. Since early January the phone calls I make and the e mails I send remain unanswered. Is this a ****?
