Worst experience

Where do I even start. Purchased a machine from Am Machines and we could not get the machine working. We then paid for a technician to come and check the equipment, he could not fix the problem on site and had to take the machine back, I have sent message after message, called and was on hold for 20min with no answer. They refuse to bring the machine back, I later got a text saying I must come and fetch the machine. I am not sure if the machine is fixed or how to setup the machine after I even paid them to send the technician. The manager has an attitude and has no way to resolve this issue. I suggest you stay clear of this company.
