Very very poor

I have recently purchased two AM machines and have been struggling to get them working 100%. Communications and feedback from management is absolutely poor and assistance from the "qualified technicians" is also poor and under par and slow. One has to log call outs every time there is a problem, and you are charged every time even if it is not your fault or problem. I would recommend to look for alternative printing machines as they don't care about the client.
