VERY DISSAPOINTED

If i could do a half star rating it will still be to much - I have trying to sort out a problem and for a password to change values on Tru Cut software so i can use my laser to its fullest capabilities but these people just don't give a damn. every time I call Im told to use the WhatsApp number, which is a artificial (no) intelligence that does not help me at all. Its a tru cut laser with tru cut software that is free to use by the way so why is there a password on the config part. HOW ELSE AM I SUPPOSED TO CHANGE THE STEP LENGTH IF I CAN'T SAVE THE CONFIG. NOBODY EVEN WANT TO LISTEN TO THE PROBLEM THEY JUST KEEP REFRERING ME TO THE AI WHATSAPP LINE THAT CANT HELP ME
