Very bad company that doesn’t care for their customers

<div>I have presently purchased a machine with delivery from this company for which I paid immediately. I purchased and paid for immediately as we needed the machine urgently to complete a job before we closed for our annual leave. After payment I enquired as to when the machine was sent but I was sent from one person to another without any joy. I eventually got hold of the transport company only to discover that the machine was still in Johannesburg and had not even been sent 2 weeks after payment . I arranged for the delivery myself and the machine eventually arrived on the day that we were closing for our annual leave. The crate was damaged and we stated that it was damaged on the waybill. On returning from or annual leave 2 weeks ago we unboxed the machine only to find that it had been damaged and was rusted and scratched. I contacted the owner “++++” and explained the situation only to be told how lucky I was to buy the machine at such a good price. She was not interested in the problem and said that I could pay to ship it back to Johannesburg for them to assess the machine. I sent her a video showing the damage but she just ignored my request for a replacement machine. In 45 years of business I have NEVER come across such a rude person or useless company.
