They are disappointing us

Highly Disappointed and wouldn't recommend anyone supporting them. They do not offer any service or any help. Once you purchase a machine. You on your own. I purchased a 300mm DTF with oven in May. When the technicians left. It was working perfectly. However... when I started using it. The machine just gave me endless problems. I called them several times to ask assistance and they gave me second hand answers. My frustration drove me to look for other people online to assist. And guess what! They did. But I still am yet to wait for rep**** from Am.co.za.
