thank you support for helping 5 hours to figure this problem out

Ok after a morning of struggling to find someone helpful i got through to a gentleman who understand where I’m coming from if my design is 1150 and vinyl is 1220 and 0 point is set to most right corner and it cuts all the way left and even off the vinyl and your artwork is smaller why would it step and cut even more off further than the 1220. shouldn’t do that as artwork is smaller, he helped me figure it out calibrated the machine and so far so good. wish I had a name to thank.

they should remember that not all customers are new to the designing and printing / signage industry,

not to be rude but some employees at support should really go for training of phone etiquette
