<div>I would never support this company ever again. I purchased a vinyl cutter from them 4 years ago and when they sell u something the promise the world. it took me some time to get my business set up and when i did they simply refused to come out and help me set it up even though they offer a call out service on their website, which i even said i will happily pay for. I called to ask for help and they said they can only help me if i bring my machine to them with my PC. I explained i'm not using it with a laptop and my computer system is hardwired in my premises and the machine is setup 5 metres away using wiring that runs through the roof. The rude consultant tells me :" Well u can either bring everything here or u can keep crying at home" . Needless to say, they lost out out when i needed to purchase a laser machine. i just went elsewhere and quite happy with the support i'm getting from their competition. So you guys need to realise that your rudeness and customer support is unacceptable. Not only have you lost my business but i've also referred many others to your competitors instead of you.</div>
