I bought a water pump from Advance Machinery PTY LTD (https://am.co.za) directly at their store. After opening the package, I discovered that the pump was incorrect and promptly requested a refund. I followed all the required steps, yet the company chose to ignore my request. While Teresa Oberholzer, the consultant who assisted me, was very helpful, her manager displayed an unprofessional attitude that I found disappointing. I escalated the issue to the Consumer Goods & Services Ombud, but AM failed to respond to any communications from them. My attempts to reach out via phone and email were met with silence.
