Don`t be fooled by their ratings. Its all a farce

Utterly diabolical service.

Their machines are tough and last fairly well, but the moment you need support, you are in for a world of problems. April (the owner) only cares about taking your money, and they won't even speak to you until you pay up front.

Then once you have paid, you will get nothing but hateful service and you WILL get treated like a second-class citizen from beginning to end.

Then they will convince you that you either need to buy new software or upgrade your machine. Then once you have done that and the problem hasn't been solved they refuse to give you a refund.

They are just not nice people to deal with. There are better local options to buy the same equipment, supported by South Africans.
