Damaged Vinyl Cutter – No Accountability

Title: Extremely Disappointed – Vinyl Cutter Mishandled

I entrusted [Company Name] with my vinyl cutter, and it was returned damaged. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve this directly, their only response was: “Everyone takes responsibility for his actions.” This is vague and dismissive, with no solution offered.

I expected professionalism and accountability, but instead, I have been met with dismissiveness and lack of responsibility. I am now forced to escalate the matter to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud (CGSO) and the National Consumer Commission (NCC).

Their only response: “Everyone takes responsibility for his actions.” No apology, no solution, nothing.

I do not recommend using their services if you value your property and expect fair treatment.
